Uk orders will be posted via Royal mail 2nd class delivery and should be recieved within 2-3 working days, this service is untrackable.
Overseas orders will be posted via Royal mail International, this service is trackable and should be received within 5-7 working days.
Items will be dispatched in either cellophane sleeves and hardback DO NOT BEND envelopes or postal tubes, depending on the size of your print. for extra protection.

If your item is received faulty or damaged we are more than happy to offer you a full refund or replacement. All you have to do is email us at wordsofaffection.com within 7days of receipt.
If you are not satisfied for any other reason we will happily offer you a full refund, all you have to do is email us at wordsofaffection.com and return your items back to us within 14days of receipt.A full refund will be issued as long as items are unused and not damaged.
When we receive your return it will be inspected and you will receive an email advising if your refund has been approved, if approved a full refund will be processed with a credit going onto the card of your original payment method.
