​UK Shipping: All orders will be dispatched via Royal mail and should be received within 1-3 business days.
UK Shipping fees: will vary depending on the weight and quantity of your order.
Overseas Shipping: All orders will be dispatched via Royal mail International Tracked, and should be received within 5-14 Business days. This service is trackable and you will be provided with a tracking number.
Europe: orders should be received within 7 working days.
United States/Canada: orders should be received with 5-7 working days.
Rest of the world: orders should be received within 14 days.
Overseas shipping fees: will vary depending on the weight and quantity of your order.

Return & Exchange Policy
If you would like to request a refund or exchange please email us within 14 days of receipt at:
Buyers are responsible for the return postage cost, and item/s need to be returned within 28 days of receipt. When item/s are received they will be inspected. If item/s are not returned in it's original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Please note personalised products cannot be exchanged or refunded, unless damaged or defected.
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receipt and issued via your original payment method.
